Welcome to Project Portraits! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for booking our photography services, including our events, headshots, and family portrait sessions. By booking with us, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Booking Policy

• A non-refundable booking fee of ₹399 is required to confirm your session. This fee secures your slot and is deducted from the total session cost.
• Remaining payments are structured as follows: 50% of the total fee is due post-shoot, and the final 50% is due upon delivery of the final images.
• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the booking fee.

2. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

• Clients can reschedule their session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without incurring a penalty.
• Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session may be subject to additional charges.
• Cancellations result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.

3. Refund Policy

• The booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Refunds for other payments will only be considered in cases of failure to deliver services as promised. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

4. Session Guidelines

• Clients are requested to arrive on time. Sessions delayed due to late arrivals may result in reduced session time or cancellation without a refund.
• It is the client’s responsibility to follow provided preparation guidelines, including wardrobe, grooming, and any specific instructions shared during the consultation.
• Additional time, wardrobe changes, or specific requests not included in the package may incur additional charges.

5. Image Delivery

• Proofs from the session will be shared within 3-5 business days for selection. Final retouched images will be delivered within 7-10 business days after selection.
• All final images will be delivered in digital format via email or a secure link unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Intellectual Property

• Project Portraits and the Photographer retains the copyright of all images taken during the session. Clients are granted usage rights for personal or professional purposes, depending on the package.
• Clients must obtain permission for any commercial use of the images beyond what was agreed upon during booking.

7. Retouching and Editing

• The number of final edited images included depends on the package selected.
• Additional retouching requests outside of the agreed package may incur extra charges.
• We ensure natural and professional retouching that adheres to our artistic standards.

8. Liability

• While we strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment, Project Portraits is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the session.
• In the unlikely event of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule the session or provide a full refund.

9. Privacy and Data Use

• Your personal information is used solely for session coordination and communication.
• With your consent, we may use images from your session for marketing and portfolio purposes.

10. Event-Specific Policies

• For events like the LinkedIn Headshots session, slots are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Specific terms related to event packages, timings, and guidelines will be shared upon booking.

11. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved amicably through discussion. If necessary, disputes may be escalated to legal proceedings within the jurisdiction of Mumbai, India.

12. Agreement
