At Project Portraits, we value our clients and strive to deliver exceptional photography services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise requiring cancellations or refunds. Please review our refund policy below:

 

1. Booking Fee

The booking fee of ₹399 is non-refundable. This fee secures your session date and time and covers initial administrative and planning costs.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations Made 72+ Hours Before the Scheduled Session:
  You may reschedule your session without any additional charges. No refund will be provided for cancellations.
• Cancellations Made Within 72 Hours of the Scheduled Session:
  The booking fee will be forfeited, and no refunds or rescheduling will be offered.

3. Rescheduling Policy

• You are allowed to reschedule your session one time, free of charge, if the request is made at least 72 hours before your scheduled session.
• Any additional rescheduling will incur a fee of ₹199.

4. Post-Shoot Refunds

• Unsatisfactory Images:
  Due to the subjective nature of photography, refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with the final images. We encourage all clients to communicate preferences and requirements during the shoot to ensure the best results.
• Digital Files:
  Once digital files have been delivered, no refunds will be processed.

5. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or emergencies beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule your session at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued under these circumstances.

6. Add-Ons and Priority Services

Fees for additional services (e.g., make-up artist, extra retouching) are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.

7. No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your scheduled session without prior notice, the booking fee and payments made will be forfeited, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided. 

8. How to Request a Reschedule
